Skullcap is another vascular plant used for treating Insomnia. It is a blue perennial flower, rich in minerals, which enable stress relief and proper sleep. It is prescribed for Insomnia, nervousness, headaches etc. Lemon Balm belongs to mint family, in increased dosage, helps people sleep. Oil extracts from this plant work as relaxant, are used for treating chronic sleeplessness.
