When you don’t get enough sleep you will likely have headaches and chronic pain in the body. These stress-related conditions often lead to depression. About ninety percent if insomnia sufferers are also suffering from depression.

Ageing

When you lack sleep, you do not get the chance for body rejuvenation and detoxification. Then you start having those unwanted face wrinkles. Premature ageing is another term for this effect.

Other physical Illness

Hypertension and high blood pressure are just few of the possible detrimental health effects of conditioned insomnia. There had been studies conducted and concluded about the correlation between these diseases and insomnia.
